Summer Dance Fitness Program
Want to shape up for the Summer but getting tired of Treadmills and Stairmasters? Love to dance but dread monotonous exercise?
Don't worry; you're in good company! Many of our students report that dancing is their preferred method of exercising over traditional gym techniques.
In response, we're proud to bring back the "Summer Dance Fitness" program featuring 7 different dance classes geared entirely towards exercise, where you can attend any or all of them at discounted rates comprated to the regular $20 Drop-In fee.

Program's Classes
(June 8th to August 16th)
1) Hip Hop Cardio (Workout): (Monday 5:30 p.m. & Thursday 5:30 p.m.): This class is an intense cardiovascular workout, focusing on continuous motion while following basic hip hop movements. In addition to cardiovascular training, this class exercises the leg, arm, hip and back muscle groups as primary targets, with major weight-loss benefits, all in an energetic class environment that will get you pumped up long after the class is over.
2) Afro-Latin Middle Eastern Fusion ( Workout): (Sunday 1:00. p.m.): This original fusion class combines the fast percussion of Afro-Cuban music and the shimmy-intense melodies of Middle Eastern music, including Belly Dance and Persian Dance, to create an intense fun-filled workout class, focused on delivering a total body workout.
3) Exotic Belly Dance Fusion ( Workout): (Wednesday 8:30 p.m. &Sunday 2:00. p.m.): This original class melds the sensual movements of Belly Dancing with the seductive concepts of Exotic Dance in a fusion format that delivers a phenomenal workout, especially for the mid-section.
4) Salsa Aerobics: (Sunday 1:00 p.m.): This newly-introduced class puts an energetic spin on traditional Salsa dancing by emphasizing non-stop movement, shines and turns, all to the beat of Afro-Cuban drums. The class delivers an intense cardio workout, which is suitable for students looking to lose weight or simply improve their cardio strength.
5) Zumba: (Tuesday 6:30. p.m. & Sunday 2:00 p.m.): This
Zumba® class fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic fitness routines that will blow you away!
6) Belly Dance (Workout): (Monday 7:30 p.m. & Sunday 2:00 p.m.): The primary focus of this class is the midsection, with secondary focus on arms, shoulders and back muscles. This class is ideal for toning the abs and arms, all while experiencing the sensual melodious harmony that comes standard with belly dance classes!
7) Pilates: (Monday 6:30 p.m. & Tuesday 12:00. p.m.): This mat-based Pilates class, which also utilizes various props, such as Pilates Ring and Dyna-Band, will improve your flexibility, agility and posture.
