Manny Freeman

Hip Hop Instructor

Manny is a hop hop choreographer, dancer and instructor with special expertise in “pop and lock.”

He’s the founder of George Mason University’s first popping crew: Kabuka, which he established in 2008 and continues to lead it.

In 2006, he joined Urbanknowlogy 101, which is GMU’s famed Hip Hop dance team and the winner of various dance awards and contests throughout the DC Metro Area.

An avid dancer since 2003, Manny also belongs to Culture Shock DC and has performed with them on stage throughout North America.  

Manny joined the Born 2 Dance Studio faculty in 2011.
