Hugo is a native of Puerto Rico, where he taught Salsa for over 9 years, to both recreational and professional student dancers.
He has participated in various Salsa congresses, including in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Washington, D.C., as well as Puerto Rico.
Hugo is known for his keen ability to demonstrate the dance movements in an easy-to-follow manner, all while maintaining an energetic and interactive class.
