Fall Dance Fitness Program

 

Born 2 Dance Studio is proud to present its very popular Fall Dance Fitness Program, featuring 21 dance classes designed exclusively to help you achieve those hard-sought fitness goals— all while taking the "work" out of the "workout!"

 

When you join the program, you'll have access to these 21 weekly workout dance classes offered during the 11-week Fall Session and you can attend them at discounted rates compared to the regular $20 Drop-In fee.

 

You can attend as few as 8 classes or as many as 30, depending on the number of passes you purchase (the majority of students purchase the 15-pass package.) The bigger the package, the steeper the discount.

Belly Dance Workout-: (Tues 6:30 p.m., Wed 6:30 p.m., Thurs 7:30 p.m & Sat 3:30 p.m.): Experience the timeless beauty of the art of Belly Dance, while working out! The primary focus of this class is the midsection, with secondary focus on arms, shoulders and back muscles. This class is ideal for toning the abs and arms.

 

Belly Dance Workout-(Advanced): (Mon 7:30 p.m.): For the more experienced Belly Dancers, this class will supercharge your workout, as you shimmy your way through an hour of undulating combinations and sinewy hip rolls for the ultimate abs workout.

 

Bollywood (Workout): (Tues 6:45 p.m.): Catch the fever of Bollywood with this intense class, which delivers a total body workout in a continuous motion format, all while grooving to the eclectic Bollywood music, mixing folklore Indian tunes with Western melodies. This class is ideal for weight loss and cardio strength training

 

Capoeira: (Tues 5:30 p.m.): This no-contact Brazilian martial arts form is one of the fastest growing fitness classes in America, with avid following amongst male and female students alike. Major toning benefits, especially in the legs and gluteus, as well as weight loss.

 

Exotic Dance: (Mon 8:30 p.m.): Get fit, get sexy and gain a new perspective on your body! This class teaches Exotic Dance movements and technique, while giving you a full body workout, with special focus on the legs and gluteus.  

 

Hip Hop Cardio (Workout): (Mon 6:30p.m., Wed 7:30pm, Thurs 6:30pm, Sat 4:30pm): This class is an intense cardiovascular workout, focusing on continuous motion while following basic hip hop movements. In addition to cardiovascular training, this class exercises the leg, arm, hip and back muscle groups as primary targets, with major weight-loss benefits, all in an energetic class environment that will get you pumped up long after the class is over.  

 

Hula Hoop (Workout): (Mon 8:30 p.m.): This newly-introduced workout class can trim your waist like no other, all while engaging your motor skills in an amazing display of prowess as you spin the hoop around your body. Ideal for weight loss and abs toning.  

 

Zumba: (Mon 6:30 p.m., Tues 6:30 p.m, Tues 7:30pm, Wed 8:30 p.m., Thurs 5:30 p.m., Sat 1:30 p.m. and Sun 3:00).: This Zumba® class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic fitness routines that will blow you away! Amazing results for weight loss.
