Persian dance refers to the type of dancing from Iran. The dance's heritage spans centuries of rich history and culture.
In this dance form, upper body motion is emphasized with hand motions and facial expressions. Although it has some similarities to other Middle Eastern dances, Persian dance is actually very distinct in both its moves, as well as the emotions the dance is meant to evoke.
